- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp French papillion mustard
- 1/2 ripe advocado
- 1-2 tsp sour cream or plain yoghurt
Blend together and serve cold on salad. Serves 4-6.
Hint:
For a fruity flavor, replace advocado with mango.
