This authentic Thai recipe came from a team building cooking class at the Coriander Leaf restaurant in Singapore. Very easy and incredibly delicious. If you're ever looking for a bonding experience with friend or colleagues, particularly those into food, I'd highly recommend it.
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6 whole green chillies, finely chopped
Combine the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add garlic and green chillies and serve. Adjust flavors to taste as suits. Serves 6.
